Client Service Administrator
Originally from St. Louis Missouri, Tara moved to Northern Wisconsin to attend Northland College on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior. Bringing over 25 years of customer service, retail, and foodservice management, she enjoys working with the public and making new and lasting connections in the community. When the opportunity presented itself to work at Ringenberg Financial Group she rose to the challenge of changing her profession & learning a new skill set. She joined Ringenberg Financial Group in July 2021 as a Client Service Administrator. When calling the office, she likely will be the first one you talk to, assisting clients with appointments, questions they might have concerning their accounts, and account set up and maintenance.
In her free time Tara enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Sammy. She enjoys attending live music as well as performing in a local band. Her grandmother and mother instilled a love of plants and flowers, and she has about 70 plants in her home that she keeps alive and thriving (if only she had more window space), and a large perineal garden.
Rachel has worked in people-oriented fields in both the public and private sectors for many years. Most recently, she was the art teacher at Washburn Elementary School where she taught children from kindergarten to sixth grade.
Rachel has lived in many places, as her husband worked for the Nation Park Service. They were stationed in parks from the east coast to the west coast, even living on Whidbey and San Jaun Islands in Washington State.
Rachel enjoyed raising two boys near the Big Lake both around the Chequamegon Bay and in Grand Marais, Michigan. Now, she enjoys visiting and taking in new adventures with them whenever she can.
Rachel has a sweet yellow lab, Abby, who comes to work with her and greets clients at the door. Her pastimes include spending time with family and friends, cooking, feeding and watching the birds, reading, gardening, hiking, camping and sky watching.
Abby is an 11-years-old Labrador mix who joined Ringenberg Financial Group along with her pet parent, Rachel. Abby is highly skilled at greeting visitors, requesting belly rubs, playing Tug-of-War, and giving you those puppy dog eyes in hopes of getting a treat. In her spare time, she enjoys taking naps and dreaming of those elusive chipmunks, rabbits and deer. She also enjoys chasing her ball in the office hallway and keeping the break room crumb free. She thinks being petted by office visitors is the cat's pajamas and is the best thing about being the office's Canine Consultant.
